01|Airport → Hotel|Your First Day Fun
Yamato counters are available in the Arrivals halls at Narita and Haneda airports. **Fill in the address + hotel phone number + payment**, and delivery will arrive by 5:00 PM the next day. ¥2,000-3,000 per item.
Perfect for early arrivals——The hotel's check-in starts at 15:00, so after dropping off your luggage, you can head to Shinjuku for lunch without any bags.
02|Hotel → Next Destination / Airport|Travel Without Luggage
Ship from IGO HOTEL to a Kyoto hotel or Narita Airport (**must be arranged by the day before departure**). Our front desk will assist you with the paperwork. ¥2,000-3,500 per item.
If you have heavy or large luggage, you won't need to drag your suitcase on the Shinkansen or train, making your journey much more comfortable.
Terms of Use
03|Weight and Size Restrictions|25 kg / 160 cm
Maximum weight per item is **25 kilograms**, with a combined length, width, and height of **160 centimeters**. Items exceeding these limits must be split into 2 pieces.
For fragile items, please check the "Fragile" option and add ¥100 to your order. Our delivery staff will handle these items with special care.
04|Prohibited Items|Liquids and Valuables
Liquids (excluding alcohol), cash, passports, cameras, laptops, and similar items **cannot be shipped via courier**—there is no insurance coverage for loss.
