Terms of Service

These Terms govern the accommodation contract and related services between you and I GO HOTEL ("we", "us").

1. Scope

Where we enter into an accommodation contract or related agreement with you, these Terms apply. Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by applicable law or generally established custom.

2. Formation of Contract

The accommodation contract is formed when we accept your booking. Our reservation confirmation email constitutes acceptance.

3. Refusal of Contract

We may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases: - The application does not conform to these Terms - No rooms are available - The guest is reasonably suspected of intent to violate law, public order, or morality - The guest is identified as a member of an organised crime group or other anti-social force - The guest is suffering from a communicable disease - We are unable to accommodate due to natural disaster, facility failure, or other unavoidable reasons

4. Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: from 15:00
  • Check-out: by 11:00
  • Use outside these hours may incur additional charges

5. Payment

Accommodation fees are generally charged in advance by credit card at the time of booking. Payment method and currency are as shown on the reservation page.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations by the guest are subject to our separately published Cancellation Policy. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy page for details.

7. House Rules

  • All rooms are non-smoking (please use designated smoking areas)
  • Pets are not permitted (except service animals)
  • Occupancy exceeding the booked number of guests is prohibited
  • Loss or damage to the room or fixtures may be charged to the guest

8. Our Liability

We are liable for damages caused to you in the performance of the accommodation contract or related agreements, except where the damage is not attributable to a cause for which we are responsible.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to provide service due to natural disaster, war, terrorism, epidemic outbreak, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
