This page explains the cancellation policy of I GO HOTEL. The applicable refund schedule is shown at the bottom of this page (it reflects the latest admin settings).
Scope
This policy applies to bookings made directly through our official website. Reservations made via OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective OTA.
How to Cancel
Please use the link in your reservation confirmation email, or contact [email protected].
No-show
If you fail to check in on the booking date without notice, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
Early Check-out
If you check out earlier than scheduled, the full fee for the originally booked nights will apply.
Force Majeure
If travel becomes infeasible due to typhoon, earthquake, or other force majeure events beyond your control, we will discuss date changes or full refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as early as possible.
Date Changes
Subject to availability, we may accommodate date changes. Differences in price or cancellation fee handling will be assessed individually.
Refund Processing
Refunds are returned to the original payment card. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
